The Station 1 Campus consists of three main structures: An administrative building, storage facilities, and the fire station.

The administrative and storage facilities were all built in the 1960s and 1970s and have been upgraded since.

The fire station was built in 2014 and houses two engines, two medic units, a brush unit, a type 3 engine, and a water tender.
