Community Risk Reduction

Learn more about how we can help you be safe.

We understand the need to assess risk in our community and actively work to reduce that risk through our Community Risk Reduction program.

Rather than react, we do comprehensive risk assessments of our community and have developed programs and services used by our community – they help prevent or reduce the loss of life, property, and resources associated with life safety, fire, and other disasters.

CPR programs are an obvious example, as are education on the importance of sprinklers, car seats, smoke alarms, address signs, defendable spaces, and heat-regulating technologies.
